​Boulder Coffee Cafe brews Certified Organic coffees, roasted locally by Desert Sun Coffee Roasters in Durango, Colorado for its coffee and espresso drinks. They also have pastries which I thought were great!

Roothouse self identifies as a back alley, river front espresso & cocktail bar, bakery + lifestyle shop.  They state they have the highest quality, ethically-sources, small batch Colorado-roasted beans. They do have pastries and other goodies. When I went. really wanted to try the cinnamon roll but they were other both days but the coffee, muffin, and views were great. ​

They provide you with handcrafted lattes, an in-house bakery, breakfast and lunch, and specialty cocktails. I had the coffee and a lemon bar and thought both were great!

Lifted is a small coffee shop that has a grass courtyard right outside. They offer coffee and snacks but I only had the coffee. I thought that it was good as well.

Summary

I actually liked all of the coffee and pastries that I had. I do think that Roothouse and Higher Ground were my favorite because of the look and vibe they had. I also only get black coffee so it is hard to mess it up!
